Where to place the pizza oven at school.

After interviewing Mr Kerr (our caretaker) we decided to locate the oven inside the fenced kitchen garden behind the kitchen.

Some of the factors we considered

were:

• The best site to build closest to the kitchen
• Somewhere safe away from the students (smoke, heat, fire)
• Where the wind is not hitting our faces

Questions Mr Kerr asked us:

Does it matter which way the pizza oven faces?

Does all of it get hot or just the door and front?

How high is the chimney and does it get hot?

What are the overall

dimensions?
