Four enterprising students are building a wood fired pizza oven at their school in Hamilton, NZ.
This is in response to some visionary thinking by the students who already have a fully operational commercial kitchen to work in but wanted to learn to cook with fire.

Our Updated Time Line
It is week eight next week and we have to start the base.
Tasks:
Reply to Mr Kerr and ask if we can order concrete blocks and mortar.
Reply to Clinton and say Wednesday week 10 will be our day to install oven.
